Scrolling with keyboard shortcuts

Would it be possible to have it scroll a little less than a full screen worth, like maybe half a screen worth, or 1/3 or something like that so that we don't lose complete track of where we were as time progresses? The arrow scroll is pretty slow. If we could speed it up, that would be awesome. The shift arrow is helpful, but it just leaves you disconnected from the previous area. So, just wondering if we can find a happy medium somehow? ty!!!!

Yes. This is controlled through Global Settings >> General Settings >> Scroll Multiplier.
