Global Settings>Customize Chart Header - Standard not working

In the picture the upper chart info line is missing the info that is in the lower chart. I know how to adjust that info using the Global Settings>Customize Chart Header - Standard, but I think the upper needs to be reset or changed to use Global settings?

Note that there is no image attached. There are only global options for setting the Chart Header. There are two options, one for charts and one for Trading DOMs, so these can be set differently. Otherwise, if you are looking at two charts with different values displayed (items from the Chart Header, not items from added studies) then the only reason this should occur would be if you are using different instances of Sierra Chart where the chart header settings are different from one another. I found that I had the region data line hidden on the chart. I set it to visible and that solved the issue.
