When I try placing a trade using Sierra Chart, connected to my Ironbeam trading account using the Teton order routing, the trade service log box opens and tells me that I have insufficient account value for margin for order. It then gives the margin needed and the account value. The account value that it shows does not match with the actual account value according to my Ironbeam account. I deposited enough last week into my Ironbeam account and that deposit cleared and posted the updated account value in yesterday's Ironbeam account statement. Why does Sierra Chart not recognize the actual account value? How do I fix this? thanks
