Hello, I cannot customize my control bar, on any chartbook. Hmm couple months back it was fine. screenshot in attachment.

The selected tool at that time defines whether it can be customized or not. In this case, the "Chart Values Tool" does not have any customizations that can be done for it, therefore the "Customize" button is greyed out. Items like the "Custom Bar Period n" would be ones that allow for customization when selected. it's grayed OUT on all tools, text, arrow, line whatever I choose.
