market depth with tpo

So today i was using a Tpo chart combined with the market depth historical graph study. Seemed to work just fine. But then i changed from a a 10 day to a 20 day chart and my market depth for the most part dissapeared from the chart, changing the chart back how i had it did not bring the market depth back. So it semms that this information is only printed in real time during the day? So in other words I have no way to view previous days of market depth "historical" information while using the tpo chart? I notice the same thing happens if I close down the sierra chart, (even with saving my work) and then reload sierra, the market depth information totally dissapears. Its funny because I have no problem viewing historcal market depth when using the study on a non-tpo chart. Im going to check now to make sure im upgraded to latest release but i dout that is the issue. Im sure this is a simple fix, have tried a cuple things with no luck. Any help greatly appreciated.

You can not use the Market Depth Historical Graph with a TPO chart. The fact that you got anything is surprising. Had a feeling that was going to be the response, thats really not a big issue for me right now but this other market depth issue is more bothersome. I now have market depth set up on a 30 minute candlestick chart. I have it set to show the previous 10 days of data. Today I went to take a look at fridays (most previous trading day, 10/18) market depth data and I notice that it does not appear anything like the previous 9 days of data. Its like fridays data has not been processed yet? The Market Depth Historical Graph is going to show the information as it comes in. We can not say exactly why you are missing the data for that day - the most likely reason is that you did not have Sierra Chart running at that time, so the Market Depth was not recorded and therefore there is nothing to display at that time. To force a download of historical market depth data, refer to the instructions at the following link, specifically step #8 after you have setup the other items: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Also, keep in mind that the Market Depth data is not recorded unless you specifically setup the symbol to do so, or if you have the Market Depth Historical Graph displayed on your chart.
