Permission Denied Error After Deleting Data Files in Sierra Chart

Last night, I deleted all of my data files in Sierra Chart to free up storage space and start fresh, as I was trying different things to improve Sierra Chart’s performance since I’ve been experiencing the user interface freezing. Since then, Sierra Chart is unable to download any historical intraday data prior to today for futures symbols (e.g., ESZ4.CME). I keep receiving the error message: "Download failed error downloading historical intraday data for ESZ4.CME. Permission denied."

The Permission Denied error from Rithmic has nothing to do with removing data files.
