Is it better to get a server with Windows Server 2022 or get Windows 11 Pro for use with Teton? Thanks

better in what context performance? probably the same, sc is very optimized on resource management depending on what youre doing with it, i would think the resources you allocate will be more important, not the OS |

Whichever gives you the best hardware for the money. From a performance standpoint, they will be very similar. There are services you can disable on both to reduce overhead. With Windows server, you can be logged in multiple times on the same VPS, but with Windows 11, only one user has control at a time. Since a VPS is not on dedicated hardware, you are sharing CPU cycles with other VPS users. That is going to matter more than the differences between the different windows versions. |

It depends on the hardware, but in general the answer is yes.
