This behavior has changed somewhere between 1175 and 1185. In Tool Settings -> Chart Values, I previously had "Always On When Using Other Tools" enabled. The behavior was such that if I activated the Draw Volume Profile tool, I would see X/Y values and the horizontal/vertical lines associated with the pointer. However, if I used the standard Pointer tool, a click would not activate these lines and X/Y boxes. Now, however, if this option is enabled, just clicking a chart with the regular Pointer tool does activate the chart values. I know it changed, because my options did not change, but installing the new version had this behavior enabled by default, where a click with the pointer brought up crosshairs. Is this the intended behavior? If the user wanted chart values with the pointer, wouldn't they just use the chart values / crosshairs tool? I like the old behavior better, because now if I disable the option to be able to use the pointer as just a pointer, I can't see chart values with tools, where it is very useful. |

Ergh... I have a similar problem. Crosshairs keep appearing and disappearing on the charts as I drag along using the hand tool. Quite annoying! Edit: Ugh... This version is unusable. Had to switch back to 1173. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-09-07 01:49:29
