Interactive Brokers Advance Decline Not Updating

On close for Sept 4, 2014 the advance decline information for the NYSE completed updating normally. On Sept 5, 2014, today, no updates are being received. Symbol being used in Sierra Chart is AD-NYSE-I-NYSE. Called Interactive Brokers. They stated they have no server problems and I should contact Sierra Charts for this issue.
