Connecting Sierra Chart to AMP account

I tried several times to connect Sierra Chart with my AMP account. I keep getting the message "Incorrect username or password". I checked my username and password with AMP and it is correct. I reentered several times in Sierra Chart but keep getting the default message

Make sure you are entering the CQG credentials for your account on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.

The error you are getting is from CQG, therefore we can only recommend changing your CQG password to ensure that it is what you expect, and then use that new password in Sierra Chart.

Let's start over. Are you having a problem logging into your Sierra Chart software (i.e. you can not get past the login screen)? Refer to the following:

Or are you having a problem logging into your trading account with AMP? If so then what trading service are you setup to use with AMP - CQG or Teton?
