Hello Support,

I just updated mine from version 2643 to 2686 during the weekend and to 2690 today. They appear to be less responsive to me. Things that I usually do, which I noticed a difference are: moving the chart with the Hand tool, creating/moving drawings, drag the mouse to change the value scale, moving the crosshair - they all move with a lag (flying).

I then tried to downgrade to the previous version that I was using and the lag was gone, but I encounter some issues.

First, my keyboard shortcuts are not working anymore. However, the settings are still kept. So I just had to go back to each of them and click "Assign" again. Second, and it's something I can't fix, when I right click on a drawing to go to its properties, I get a blank menu beside the "Configuration". Please refer to the screenshot for a visual.

Hope you could help me out.

Thanks.

There will be issues like this when going back to a previous version from the more recent releases:

First, my keyboard shortcuts are not working anymore. However, the settings are still kept. So I just had to go back to each of them and click "Assign" again. Second, and it's something I can't fix, when I right click on a drawing to go to its properties, I get a blank menu beside the "Configuration". Please refer to the screenshot for a visual.

To resolve this, use prior versions of the global configuration files which were only in use at the time you were using 2643. Refer to:

Regarding the "less responsive" issue, refer to:

Thank you both. Prior to seeing your message, John, I restored it to v2643 already. And with the suggestion above, I replaced the KeyboardShortcuts.config and Sierra4.config files obtained from the "Backups" folder. Looking at the date, these files were created about a month ago. I'll run with this v2643 for now. Thanks again for your help.
