Hello, I recently renewed and activated the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts Package, yet i am not receiving any Market Data for my Sierra Platform, was there a problem that occured on your side? I ask because i do not want to make a second payment and overpay again.Regards, Pawel |

You do not currently have any exchanges active. In September, you had the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. Note that this is without Market Depth. That exchange did not renew on October 1, 2024 due to insufficient funds in your account. We see you tried to activate that exchange again today, but at that time you still did not have enough funds in your account to pay the $5.50 for the exchange fee. We see that you have added $10.00 to your account since that time, but you have not activated the exchange since then. If that is the exchange that you want, then you can now activate it at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you do want the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth Data for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" then the cost for this is $37.50 and you would need to add an additional $27.00 to your account to have enough funds to cover the cost of this particular exchange. After you add the funds, then you can activate this exchange at the same link given previously.
