Good morning, I no longer require the use of Suerra Charts or the market data. I have therefore stopped using the services and have no made payment for further aevuces. Can you confirm that this is the appropriate action to take for.my circumstances and will not be charged any fees for non usage. Also, does the account expire after non use or is there an option to close it. Thank you for your time and assistance and look forward to hearing from you in due course. Kind regards, Andrew. |

What you did was correct. Your account has been in an expired state since your Usage Time ended on July 28, 2024. In addition, you have no funds in your account, which is why your package did not automatically renew. There are no fees for non-usage. You can come and go from using Sierra Chart as you please.
