unable to open HSI chart - weird error

when trying to open an HSI-202411-HKFE daily chart, i get the attached error message Download Failed Error Downloading historical Daily data for HSI-202411-HKFE. Error user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols i have market data subscribed and minute data works just fine. please advice |

This is now resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location. thank you for working on it that quickly unfortunately it does not download properly.. i get data until end of 2022 and then there is a gap way into 2023. when trying to download the missing data i get the error attached |
