flatten all and cancel not working on keyboard shortcut

Hi. I am trying to use the keyboard shortcut to trade multiple accounts with the trade coppier. But sometimes when I press buy shortcut it doesn't coppy the trades to the other accounts. Also when I press flatten and cancel all shortcut, it asks me to confirm that I want to cancel all acounts, which I don't want. Also, I habe multiple charts on at once, and I can only see my life positions on my main chart, not the other charts. But I do see the fills on all the chart, but not the active positions. Can I get some help please?

The first thing to do is to confirm that you do not have a problem when using Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation Also when I press flatten and cancel all shortcut, it asks me to confirm that I want to cancel all acounts, which I don't want
We do not understand the above statement. You state that you are asking the system to "Flatten and Cancel All", but then you state that it not what you want. What exactly are you trying to do in this situation that is not working? Also, I habe multiple charts on at once, and I can only see my life positions on my main chart, not the other charts.
