Hello, the volume profile on my chart covers multiple days (about 10 sessions) but the time period length for fixed time is set to 1 day. The prior sessions all have separate profiles, which is what I'm looking for. As a test, if I set the time period to 7 days (for example), all the profiles look to respond accordingly. I reference my charts from Dropbox and use 2 Lenovo ThinkPad laptops daily (day vs night). I only use Sierra Chart on one laptop at a time. My daytime laptop does not have this issue. I'm also having issues (on the same laptop) getting all the data on my dom for chart replays. Also, not all the candlestick charts respond when replaying. On the dom, sometimes the resting orders will show and the market orders don't move, and sometimes it's the opposite where I see no resting orders but I see market orders. I'm not sure if these two solutions are correlated or separate. I'm running version 51282. I've tried the following per other similar support board recommendations: - R click on the chart and download depth data from date/time - Set the MES and ES global symbol settings to download historical data for formula symbol - verified the charts load the data for the day/time. I'm only going back a day or two on the replays. Here's the screenshot for reference https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1728015097846.png Thank you in advance for your help on this one. I really appreciate it! |

We are not sure what is the issue with the Volume Profiles. We would need to see that chart to see how the Volume by Price study is setup and see if we can reproduce what you are seeing. Follow these instructions to get us that chart: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart With regards to replaying Market Depth Data, we are not sure what you mean by "sometimes the resting orders will show and the market orders don't move, and sometimes it's the opposite...", as we do not understand what you mean in terms of the "market orders" in this context. Refer to the following items for replaying Market Depth data: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I've attached the chartbook as requested. What I see on this laptop (laptop 2 we'll call it) is the volume profile from 9/28 through today (10/4/24) it's all one profile during that period with 7,055,623 contracts on the ES. If you look at each day before 9/28 you'll see a daily volume and range for each day as I intend. I will note that before submitting this I checked this new chartbook on my daily laptop (laptop 1 we'll call it) and each day has its own volume profile, volume count, and range count for the day which is what is confusing me. Regarding the 2nd question about the DOM during chart reply, I have the same issue on both laptops. These may be separate issues. I'll look further through the documentation you provided and see if I can resolve that on my end. Thank you for the link! I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you have regarding the volume profile issue. I'm not certain that you'll see what I see on laptop 2 as illustrated in the screenshot link above. Thank you again! |

Unfortunately, the chart loads correctly for us, so we do not know what is causing the issue with the Volume Profile. Please follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data and see if it resolves the issue: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I had a feeling it may not present itself since I only had that issue on 1 of 2 laptops. I'll look over the documentation again and see what I find. Thank you again!
