I've been receiving regular exchange feeds for a few weeks now. Magically today I'm receiving delayed data feeds. Can you help a brother out?

You are not setup to get any data from us - meaning that you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have also never been getting any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you were getting real-time data, then that would have been through your trading service. What trading service are you using? Are you using a different service now than you were previously? Thanks for the reply. I'm using AMP. When I set Sierra up, I hooked it up with data nasdaq total view as well as package 12. But I can understand AMP taking over the data feed. The delayed data, is this an AMP issue then?

This not an AMP issue. We do not see your having setup the NASDAQ TotalView exchange with us in order to get real-time data. So you should not have been getting any real-time data, at least not from us. We see that you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. You should be getting real-time data for the CME exchange at this time. If you are still having an issue, then let us know what it is. Thanks John. I actually reactivated that Denali feed. I saw under "Deactivated Recurring Services" that the feed was deactivated on September 30th. Thought it would renew but I guess not. Thanks for your help though.

Sorry, we must have missed that exchange being active. You must not have had enough funds in your account for the renewal at that time.
