Hi, I've a problem with this study because, when I try to set it for having previous month high/low, a third line show up on the chart like in my screenshots attached. The problem is only for previous months, while week and previous week works fine (now I hide that study to make more easy see the problem). - Intraday data - days loaded in the chart: 70 I tried to re download and recalculate but nothing, I don't understand whats' wrong..thank you |

The line you are referencing is the High line from the previous month (August) showing on the September dates, just like you are showing the High from the month of September on the October dates. We are not seeing anything wrong with this. The Low line for that month must be somewhere off the current view of the chart.

I'm sorry you're right, I think the thing is that in the Input Name "Number of Days to Calculate" means in reality number of "bars" (and these bars are daily), in this way, I had set my study on 100 days (thinking over two months), but in reality, to obtain the high of the previous month it's enough "1" because "days" means "month" in this case. Am I right?

The Input for "Number of Days to Calculate" is days. So a value of 1 would only calculate 1 day, which would not be enough to give you 1 month of data. Since you are wanting the previous month's data, you would need to have this set to at least 62 days. There is not a way within this study to only have the data showing on the current month. In order to do this, you would need to manipulate the data using the Spreadsheet Study to only have what you want.
