The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So when you activated the exchange on September 30, 2024 you paid the full amount for the month of September (which had only that 1 day left at that time). Then, on October 1, 2024 the exchange tried to automatically renew, but you did not have enough funds in your account, so it was deactivated.

At this time, you have to add funds and activate the exchange again.

We do apologize, but the exchanges do not give refunds, and this is the way they are setup. There are warnings given related to this, particularly when you activated the exchange.
