Hi guys! My old computer broke. I got a new one today. I installed the Sierra Chart software on the new computer without any problems. Then I copied my personal template into the "DATA" folder. After starting Sierra Chart, however, I don't have a chart history display. (Exemple ChartBook is working). What else do I have to do so that I can trade again like I did before the computer crashed? We do not understand what you mean by "I don't have a chart history display". What exactly is the problem?
