Hello, I’ve encountered an issue. The data I’m seeing in my NASDAQ footprint in bid*ask mode is completely different from the data my friend is seeing on their system. What could be the cause of this problem? The Windows time is also set to automatic. We have the same tick size, and I deleted the data and redownloaded it, but the problem wasn't solved.

There are any number of reasons why the display of data could be different. The main items to check are the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu) But most of the items in the "Chart Settings" can have an impact on how the data is displayed. You would need to go through these items to ensure that they are all set the same. Also, we assume that you are both using our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are not both using the same data, then none of the above matters, it simply will never match up due to how different services deal with the data.
