Hello When i open a new chart, the chart is delayed 10 minutes while my main chart is on real time. What do i do so i have every chart on real time? Thank you. |

If the charts are for the same symbol and this is within a single installation of Sierra Chart, then what you are stating is not possible. What are the symbols of the two charts and are these within a single installation, or are you on different installations on different computers? One chart is ES mini-CME and is on real time. The other chart is GC-COMEX which is delayed 10 minutes. I use one computer, which is mac and i use an application UTM to operate the sierra chart software. |

You are not setup to get real-time data for the COMEX exchange. You only have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. Keep in mind, this is the CME exchange, not the Full CME Group (there are other exchange options for the Full CME Group, if that is what you wanted).
