Hi, Some of my alert formulas are somewhat lengthy. I like to seperate the statements on separte lines. It doesnt look like you can use the Enter key for a newline in the alert definition box. So I use a regular text editor and then paste it in the alert box. However that seems to mess up the alert functions. Is there a way around this? Like shift enter or alt enter Or do you need special encoding like DOS, UNIX etc) rgds Dick de Reus |

In version 1188 coming out today or tomorrow, in the non-CLR version, you will be able to enter newlines in formulas and it will all be properly processed.
