Hello, I'm trying to add YM futures to my quoteboard, but I'm not getting any volume through. On the chart, the message says "Historical download skipped". For this, I'm using Rithmic Direct as trading service. ES and NQ futures receive data just fine. When I switch to Teton CME Order Routing, data is receving for YM as well. Please advise. Thanks, |

Your Sierra Chart account is not set up to receive any real time CBOT YM data. That is the problem. Activate this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed When using Teton order routing you are receiving delayed YM data. Not real time.
