Problem after placing order using DOM

Hello,
I've had a big problem placing an order (limit or market) in the DOM (it works fine to place an order on the chart). There's a huge gap between my price and the price “recorded” by the DOM, as you can see on the 2 photos.
For example, when trying to execute a market buy at 5770, the price appears to be executed at 5765 (for example). This is not due to market volatility (especially for these spreads), as this is a recurring problem.)
Thanks a lot

We really do not have enough information as we need the specifics of a single trade that did not work as you expected.

But the one thing we can see is that you are entering a "Buy Limit" order at a price above the current market price. Since the current market price is more favorable than the price you are entering the limit order, this limit order will fill immediately at the market price.

You would really need to look at the Trade Activity Log and see what it shows in terms of the order you are putting in and where the fill is occurring. Refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Also, there is absolutely no difference in how a Chart works versus a Trading DOM. So there must be something different in what you are doing between these two situations.
