Orders Rejected - Product Code Not Permissioned

I opened 2 new eval accounts with Apex this morning. When I go to place an order it is being rejected and I'm getting this error message:

"Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order Reject). Rejected at RMS. Product Code not permissioned (ZB). Symbol ZBZ4.CBOT. Account Apex-22138-66."

I've had plenty of accounts and have never had this issue before. Can you tell me what I need to do to resolve it so that I can place trades?

Please advise. Thank you.

You need to contact your broker to have this issue resolved. Show them the same rejection message.

Ok. Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry, 1 quick question that I'm unsure of. So in this instance would I be contacting Rithmic or Apex? I also have an account with Stage 5 but it doesn't seem like they're involved with Apex, Rithmic, etc. Thank you.

We really do not know. But we would assume you start with Apex and see what happens from there.
