Sierra Chart not responding

Hi, I have had Sierra Chart running perfectly well for a year but recently it has slowed to a dead stop. I have it installed on my data drive (HDD, 600Gb free space), not on the C-drive (SSD). I have 16Gb ram. Anything that I try to do, it says that Sirra Chart is not responding. I am trying to run the market replay but this has become unresponsive. Loading historical data takes for ever. I was peviously using days to load set at 60 days. This previously worked fine. I am using chart books provided by NV at G7FX. I have reloded the originals from his web site but the problem persists. They were fine before and are the same ones that I have always used. Should I uninstall Sierra Chart? Should I put it on my C_drive? I see that you recommend a separate SSD dedicated to SC but will it still function on my c-drive (SSD, free space 200gb.) If I am to uninstall it, how do I do this? (I have Iobit uninstaller but it does not see Sierra Chart because it is not on my C-drive.) I am running the latest version 12. |

You do not need to re-install Sierra Chart, and the drive you have it on is fine.
