Chartbook packages are not downloading

I have enabled file downloads and do not have safe mode checked. I really want to be able to use the chartbook templates that you show in the training (Trades by Matt and Gary's). I don't see any of them in my Sierra Charts when I select to open a chartbook option from within the tool. Please advise. Thank you. Brian |

"Trades by Matt and Gary" are not part of Sierra Chart. If you want chartbooks from them, then you need to contact them to have them share them with you. At this time, you do not have any files shared with you.
