Hallo, I use the Integrated Standard 10 service with a duration of 6 months. I would like to pause the service for 1 month and then resume it. Is this possible or does time continue to run?

We have refunded 1 month (31 days) of Usage Time to your Services Surplus. At this time, you have 25 days of Usage Time remaining. After October 17, 2024 your account will be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. When you are ready to start using the system again, follow the instructions at the following link to activate the package you want: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions We have also disabled the exchange that you had active, which means that you will no longer get data after September 31, 2024. If you want to continue to get data through October, then you will want to activate the exchange again at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Do not forget to deactivate it again if you are not going to use the system in November. Whenever you come back, be sure to activate the exchange again. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
