Market Depth Level 2 Stopped working on my Sierra Charts - I can't figure out why

My Level 2 stopped working. I did not make any changes. Three days ago when I logged in level 2 was gone. I use the Denali Data feed and I have Trades By Matt Charts. I have gone thru all the settings and verified everything is setup correct - but no luck. My charts only show market depth At Current Price, nothing above or below current price. You have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in the past month, therefore you have passed your "Verified Until" date and you are no longer getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
