Sierra Automatically Modifying Bracket Order

I am facing an issue with Sierra Bracket Orders; I had placed a bracket order at let's say x as Buy Limit and 2x as Target Order and 0.75x as Stop Limit using Sierra ASCIL. Now when the order is being placed, I can see the Pending Client Server order for Target and Stop to place at the right place, but as I get a fill at my limit order. The Target order is modified automatically and set to 2.5x. Post this I have to manually move the orders and modify it. If there would have been any issue with my code, then the order would have been placed at 2.5x itself during Pending Client Server Order. Can you tell me what is the issue?
