Receiving "Requesting trade accounts from server" for Rithmic - can't execute trades

My connections seem good so I can't tell what the issue is. Trying to execute a trade on my xxx-03 Apex account but receiving this in the trade service log and unable to place a trade.

"Requesting Trade Accounts from Server" is a normal message. We would need to see your full Trade Service Log in order to see if there is something in there that gives a reason why you are having an issue trading that account.
