Hi!
My feed for GC (COMEX) don´t seem to work. I sometimes get live data but often it just halts. I should be subscribed to COMEX. It says "Enabled for exchange2: COMEX" in my message log at startup. Can you tell what´s wrong?

You have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active, so you have access to all the symbols traded on the CME Group, including COMEX.

Hi!
I've sent the message log through "send for analysis". I'll add that the other CME feeds seem to work well. Looks like I recieve the latest data when I open the charts bun none thereafter.

Hi,
I experimented a bit more and it seems like I was on the wrong contract. Right now december is the most active and I had it set to october.. I have a continuous contract and volume based rollover, maybe it didn´t warn because I was 2 contracts behind instead of one...
Anyway, the problem seems to be solved for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You should have received the notice to rollover, even if you were 2 contracts back.

Check the following setting and see if it is set to "No". You might want to change it to "Yes":
General Settings Window: Show On-Chart Status Messages (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Charts)

It is set to yes, haven´t had a problem with other products. Well, I'll return if it happens again. Thanks so far!
