Hi I'm receiving the attached error in the Subject (see attached log):

Mac mini M2 Pro 16GB Sonoma 14
Chart update interval 3000 ms
Intraday storage time unit 1 minute

Any ideas?

You can safely ignore that, it is because you are using an emulator. But if you want to stop the messages, set the following to "No":
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

Advanced Service Settings: Support Intraday and Market Depth Files Compression (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings >> Other)

Advanced Service Settings: Disable Intraday and Market Depth File Compression if Enabled on the File (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings >> Other)

I am using crossover on my Mac for sierra chart. I saved a ticino trader chart the file in sierra chart data folder. When I try to pen it in sierra it shows the compression error. I see the chart windows attempt to open up but they are completely blank.

I have tried to advanced setting recommendation but that does solve the issue.

Can anyone help me?

If this is occurring only when you have the study from Ticino Trader, then you need to ask them about this, as it would appear the study is trying to use system compression.
