I've searched support board already but can't find a thread about this. I've been doing large cap stock replays on sierra chart. the charts with the same linked number at sped 2 by time unit 00:00:00:050 without any skip options on. the replays I do are for specific dates I have been encountering this issue where the time and sales window (attached to the same chart as the chart that replay window was called from). time and sales will show the transactions for a while and then stops even though the replay continues. I've tried pausing and playing again, clearing the time and sale window. nothing works time and sale will only start showing transactions again if I stop and play the replay again. is there any settings to fix that? thanks |

this happens with stock data from the sierra chart naive delayed data. the specific day i was doing replay on when i was posting this was AAL 7.20.2023 but it happens pretty much with every other stocks on all days I've done testing on. the price action on chart isn't affected though. thanks

I am thinking maybe its because my sierra chart is stored on a USB drive and I open it from there each time. that could be the reason

We do not think that is it. Another thing that comes to mind is make sure this is set to 5000: Data/Trade Service Settings: Number of Stored Time and Sales Records (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Although that should not matter during a chart replay.
