When your Usage Time ends, you can go to the Main Control Panel for your account and select the option for "Services and Payments >> Emergency Account Activation" from the pulldown menus near the top. You will be given 5 days of Usage Time, but that time will then be removed when you pay for your next package. To get to your control panel, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software.
