It is come to our attention, there is a problem when using chart studies. Sierra Chart could abnormally shutdown, you may get an array is unallocated message, or the study may not appear. Or a combination of these. We are working on this now. This problem affects recent versions of Sierra Chart. Until this problem is resolved, all responses to low priority support are on hold. If someone is noticing this problem, do you notice it on the CLR (Old Spreadsheets) or non-CLR (New Spreadsheets) version?

OK the problem has now been discovered. It affects only the CLR version of Sierra Chart and the problem was the spreadsheet files for the CLR version were not being installed. The problem has been solved and all of the Sierra Chart installers have now been rereleased. You can update Sierra Chart by selecting one of the Download commands on the Help menu. To confirm you have the non-CLR version, update with Help >> Download Prerelease (New Spreadsheets) And if you still have a problem, give us the steps to reproduce.
