Im not tech savvy at all, and only use the SC DOMs for the copy feature....I've searched this board and cannot find what Im looking for. I was under the impression that the "flatten position at a set time" feature also cancels orders, and found out the hard way, it does not (which makes no sense to me). So is there a way to set a time, to cancel ALL orders automatically at a specific time?? Thx |

Where are you setting the option for "Flatten Positions at Set Time"?

Under "Global Settings", then "Global P/L Mang". I did, I think, find what Im seeking in the DOM under the "A" tab, and it was already set to flatten & cancel all orders @ 4pm est. Problem is, it didnt do it last week, so idk why. Does it cancel & flatten all accts if that DOM is set to copy to other accts or just the selected acct? Also, last week, I may have had it on SIM MODE....I assume it wont work if in SIM MODE?? Please advise?? |

The "Global Profit/Loss Management" will only work on the account that it is set to work for. It will not apply to any of the accounts that are setup through "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts". The "Flatten and Cancel at Set Time" will work with accounts that are setup through "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts", so you want to use that option to Flatten and Cancel at a set time.
