How to set default order quantities in trading window globally

Hi, I'm wondering if there are Global settings for the order quantities in the trade window? I looked but can't find them. I can go to trade window / Set and change them but the problem is when I switch to another broker / prop firm, or to simulation mode and back - the order quantities reset back to their default settings. (sometimes I accidentally click the wrong hotkey and I'm in with more lots then I want)

There are not any global settings for the quantity buttons on the Trade Windows. Each one is set individually. But, the Trade Configurations store the quantity button settings, so if you want to change between different quantity button values, you can setup Trade Configurations for the way you want them.
