Hello, I am trying to open a custom chartbook but the message log is saying im unsubscribed from market depth data for ESM24-CME. Could you please help me understand why I am not able to open this chartbook? I thought I had all required subscriptions for this data.

ESM24-CME is the wrong symbol for the service you are connected to. Open that chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". You will be fine after you do this.
