Hi Support Staffs I paying for CME live data but i only using right now Fast Track Trading Rhitmic Paper trading connections. If i stop using CME live data....can I use only for the Rhitmic paper connection for Fast Track Tr.dose it work like that way? Thanks |

We assume that you are asking if you can use the Rithmic data instead of our Denali data. The answer to this is yes you can. But be aware that Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so if you need data going back in time, you will probably not like their data. If you deactivate the exchange you have active now, then on October 1, 2024 you will automatically be using the Rithmic data, as you are no longer setup to get the data from us. If you want to switch immediately, then set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window. Then select "File >> Reconnect". Your data will then be coming from Rithmic. If you do change the setting for "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" and you decide to use our Denali data again in the future, make sure you remember to change that setting back to "Yes". Thanks John its working :) I no longer using my live account so that why i shouldn pay for Teton routing...but can plug it back anytime? |

You do not pay anything for Teton routing. But you definitely need to use our Denali data when you are connected to your Teton trading account, as you can not get the data from any other source in that case. But you can continue to use our Denali data with Rithmic, if you like. You just need to ensure that you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month to verify the account for the CME Group's Non-Professional status. Or you can use the Rithmic data. It's your choice at this point. Yes, you can change things around as needed. Just keep in mind that if you deactivate the exchange(s) then after the next month starts, you will need to re-activate them in order to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
