Copying settings from one instance to another

I have two accounts going on. I recently installed the second instance of Sierra in a different folder. How do I copy the exact same graphic settings from one instance to another?

The Graphics and other Global settings are contained in the file named "Sierra4.config". You would need to copy this file from the one instance to the other instance.
