Hi why am I being charged twice on the same month I have paid on the 4th of September 2024 and I am now being charged on the 13th of September 2024 it has not even been 30 days and also I was told in the payment section my next payment is 3rd of the next month

With the automatic payments through Stripe, it starts checking for the need for updated funds about 3 weeks ahead of when funds will be needed. We do this in order to ensure that if there is an issue, there is enough time to resolve it. So you will see the charges about this time each month.
