I've been away for a while and just recently restarted my charts. I paid for my service pack and reactivated my data feed but my charts will not update beyond May and in some instance won't update at all. Any suggestions?

You need to activate (and pay for) the CME Group exchange(s) you want at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Disregard - I thought I had activated but apparently didn't finish the process. Thank you for the correct solution - I appreciate your assistance.
