Hi, I have had alerts set for a few years now on the horizontal line and extending rectangle. For some reason they only alert randomly now? I have gone into chart replay to test them both and there is no logic to the alerts, the alert works completely randomly. Price can go though from above or below numerous times and nothing will happen then it'll work then it wont again. Totally random. Please get us a chart with at least one drawing that is having the issue. Hi there, Just any chartbook will do. I realised it only happens in replay mode and has continued to not function correctly through various newer versions. Thanks |

We are not able to reproduce this. We would need to get one of your charts that shows this issue and the exact scenario you are following where it is not working. Hopefully we can reproduce it from your chart and then fix any issue that may exist.
