Real time data - software update issue

When I log in and open Sierra Chart application, a message says I need to update to the current version. I have done so, and it even confirms I have updated to the current version when I try again. I am not receiving real time data and I believe it's because of this.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. The exchange that you had active in August did not renew on September 1, 2024 as you did not have enough funds in your account for the renewal on that day.

If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

You will also need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update your "Verified Until" date for your non-professional standing. Right now, this date is expired and is showing as "2024-08-29". You can view this date at the following link:

If you are wanting to get your data from Rithmic, then you will need to check with your broker or Rithmic on why you are not getting the data you are expecting.

Thank you - my data is now connected. I do still, however, receive the message to update although it is updated. Will this resolve itself?
