Data keeps getting delayed in on of my SC downlaods

Hello,

This week one of my two downloads of SC keeps getting delayed data. They are both running rithmic, one Apex, one Topstep. The one giving me trouble is the Apex one. They are both on version 2670. The Apex one is downloaded to an external drive the other TS one is downloaded to my local drive.

I have to close and reopen the Apex SC in order to fix it, sometimes multiple times throughout the morning. The topstep one is giving me no issues. Any suggestions?

You are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, whatever issues you are having is with the Rithmic data. Refer to our policy on Rithmic data at the following link:

We see that you did have an exchange activated in August, but you had set it to not renew. If you intend to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to have an active exchange. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link:

I'm pretty sure my denali is good for another 12 days. Unless I am reading my account wrong (see attachment).

Why would the Topstep SC be working fine if that is the issue?

The 12 days you are referring to is your Usage Time from the package you purchased. This renews on a rolling 31 day cycle.

This is separate from the exchanges. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You had deactivated the exchange that you had active, so it did not renew on the first day of September. We see that you have activated an exchange now, so you should be getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to both installations.

We can not say why you were getting real-time data in one instance and not in another. That data was coming from Rithmic, so you would need to have asked them about this.
