Hi, I currently use Sierra Charts for futures and have an account with Stage 5 to access data from the CME. Now, I would like to know if I can also get real-time ETF data like QQQ, SPDR, XLK, XLF ... ETC with the same account, or if there is a different process to obtain this data. If yes, can someone please share the whole process here?

Thanks,
Sandeep

The account from which you have posted is "expired". If you are using a different Sierra Chart account, then we need for you to post from that account.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I don't have a different account; I just haven't used this one for a while. Why does it matter if the account is expired? I just want to know how to get real-time ETF data. I will renew this account once I know what to do next. I don’t want to pay until I’m sure I can access that data.

You had stated that "I currently use Sierra Charts for futures and have an account with Stage 5 to access data from the CME." So we need to know what account you were using in order to know what package you are on and how you are setup so we can give you all the proper information.

Assuming that you will continue with Package 11, then you need to follow the instructions at the following link and setup the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

For information on our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, refer to the following:

Will this also work in the base advanced package?

If you require delayed US equities data, you can use, the Base packages.

If you require real-time data you need to use one of the "Integrated" packages that allows the ability to get the data from the Denali Data Feed.
