Hi, I tooked the CBOE Data feed yesterday and I have 15 sec DD on the VIX and VNX. Is this "normal" ? |

Yes, this is normal. The VIX data is only updated every 15 seconds. So depending on how you are interacting with the chart, you may see a static value displayed, or you may see the time increase and then reset to 0. This is all normal for this symbol due to how it updates.
