We do not need to look at the log. We misinterpreted your message, we thought that the data feed had been stopping for an entire minute but it was intermittent in your case. We are working on the issue.

yes, the charts were intermittently freezing for about 5 second intervals, then update to the current level, then freeze again, then update again... This only occurred at 830a ET on 9/11 when gov't numbers were released.

Has this issue been resolved? Today's FOMC announcement will be an important high-volume event and I require an accurate, uninterrupted, real-time data feed for my work.

It´s not just you, everyone that trade this events need that too.

Nevertheless, I can tell you this: there are so many factors involved that we will only know for sure when the time of the event comes...

Could you please set this server to respond to ping test, like all the others?

I would really need to make sure that it is performing well for my location.

Not sure we can control that since that network we have no direct control over it.

Also, we did not observe any problems or delays during during the market activity related to the FOMC meeting. We were monitoring three different servers including the server in Germany.

Being data feed latency and stability so crucial for trading, I'm sure you will understand that it's quite "uncomfortable" to use a server "blindly" and not knowing how well it is performing. I'm certainly not comfortable with that so I will have to keep using the servers I can track properly until it's possible to ping ds14-2.SierraCharts.com.

That being said, I believe you will like to know that Denali Data Feed through server ds28 is performing flawlessly since the Federal Funds Rate release at 2:00pm EST up to this moment (3:05 EST).

A bit of good news is always welcome, I guess. :)
